Can You help me finding the (translated) lyrics of
אריק איינשטיין – מה אתה עושה כשאתה קם בבוקר

Hey! It’s been a long time since I heard from you.
Re the lyrics, I don’t want to promise and then not follow through. My eyes have been bothering me and I don’t spend as much time on the computer these days because of the problem. Long story…I’d rather not get into it. But if it’s not too difficult, I will try, bli neder. Do you have the Hebrew lyrics? I found them…just breezing through, it’s cute.
How are you these days? Thanks for following me here. I have over 1000 posts I am trying to move from the old blog to the new one. There must be a faster way, but I’m not aware of it. We have other things keeping us very busy too…so, I will do my best, but I can’t promise to dig too deep.
I just listened to the most fascinating audio from Arutz Sheva. You might be interested in it. Seems moving to America has become passe among the elites/rich of the world. We’ve had the highest emigration rate in US history…some estimate more than 3 million Americans per year are simply fleeing. Wow. It blew my mind, and I’m usually past being shocked these days.
Here’s the link:
Audio: The $Wealthy$ are Fleeing America
I had no idea, but I guess only about 1 million of the wealthiest Americans, the top 1%, pay around 30% of the Federal Income Tax…which is not constitutional in any case. So, they’re getting tired of being reamed by the IRS and are finding friendlier shores where they are not punished for being successful. And they’re saving lots of $$ too. I think in the past the one perk to living in the US, in spite of its punitive tax system via the IRS, was that it was a free nation with a great record of respecting the privacy of it’s citizens. Thanks to Obama, and not only him but the Federal government going back to at least FDR, this is less and less the case, thus the very rich — and not only them, but a very high percentage of them — are deciding to leave.
It’s really a good listen…check it out if you have the time. Somer are going to Germany BTW. Others to Ireland, Panama, the Bahamas etc…He gets into specifics. He also has a blog I put as a link on my right sidebar:
